I'm a Boston-based investment leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning portfolio management, equity research, client strategy, and team leadership. Most recently, I led micro-cap and small-cap strategies at RBC Global Asset Management, where I managed portfolios across core and value mandates. I helped mondernized investment processes, including overseeing development of quantitative models, and contributed to AI-based beta testing, ESG integration, and cross-functional collaboration. I have been active in hiring, management, and talent programming and development, serving on several related committees.
Alongside my professional work, I remain deeply committed to mentorship, inclusive leadership, and community engagement. My volunteer focus includes neighborhood preservation, public library support, park restoration, and fundraising for cancer research, reflecting my long-standing interest in strengthening both organizations and communities.
My Story
My career began in high net-worth asset management and fixed income. After completing my MBA, I pivoted to institutional equity sales and research, where I developed a strong foundation in market analysis, client relationships, and strategic communication at firms including Bank of America, start-up Soleil Securities, and Oppenheimer. This experience evolved into senior leadership in asset management, where I led an investment team, managed multiple portfolios, improved research, risk and rebalancing processes, and shaped talent development and culture.
What remains constant throughout my work is a keen focus on people, stewardship, and long-term value. Whether leading analysts, refining investment strategy, supporting diversity initiatives, serving on local boards, or raising funds for rare cancer research, I strive to bring the same mindset to every role: thoughtful leadership, strong relationships, and a firm commitment to making a meaningful impact.
